Before you book

Can I make any stops during the transfer?

The destinations you choose from Booking are costed and timed. The stops that could take place are fore sawn from the schedule of the route. You have the chance to ask for more stops if you fill in the contact form. It is important to be aware of the number of stops  for each situation , so that we can email you the cost of the journey

How do I pay for my transfer?

I cannot find the route I want to book. What can I do?

If the destination you want to go is not at the booking form fill in the contact form with your personal details and the place you want to go to. We will get in touch with you to inform you about the cost of your route ,and other details like how long will the route last.

also you can go to the menu “contact” next  “contact booking form” and fill in all the fields

By sending your personal info , we will contact with you to let you know the cost of your route  and a receipt (Voucher ) with the Data of destination and our contact details.

What information do I need in order to book?

There are two options in order to book . The first option is to book your route direct from the home site pressing the” booking” button

After sending your personal info you will receive a receipt (Voucher ) with the Data of destination and our contact details.

You can go to the menu “contact” next  “contact booking form” and fill in all the fields following the same steps as by clicking “booking”

How can I make a reservation?

At first click on the button  “MAKE A BOOKING”

  1. Click on Date and Pick up Date and Time
  2. Choose Pick up location
  3. Choose Drop off location  (one of the location, Pick up or Drop off , must be Thessaloniki (Airport/City)
  4. Click on the number of passengers (Adults,Children , infants)
  5. Choose find
  6. Choose Transfer type
  7. Press Booking
  8. Choose the extra Services
  9. Click on “Next”
  10. Confirm the  resevation
  11. Fill in the contact form
  12. Choose the way of payment
  13. Email the reservatio

After that you ‘ll  get an email from our company with the voucher. The voucher must be shown to our Driver at the Pick up location

 

NOTICE  Please contact with our company in case the voucher is wrong by emailing or filling in the contact form. It is Important to mention the voucher number

The vehicle for the transfer will be shared or private?

The vehicle you have chosen is exclusively for you . So this way you avoid any queues and delays waiting for other passengers.

I can not find the destination or the hotel I am interested in.What can I do in this case?

Our Site has one of the most updated lists with too many sites and hotels, however, and because we are continually adding new destinations you can fill the request form. One of our representatives will contact you directly for the destination you are interested in within 24 hours.

How to Book

Choose our company for your transportation from the city of Thessaloniki to all of your favorite destinations like  Halkidiki ,Pieria, Kavala and to other cities in Greece .

 

How to Book Destination that are Included in the List “From City Thessaloniki or Thessaloniki Airport”:

  1.     Select date and time of Departure
  2.     Select Pick up location “City Thessaloniki or Thessaloniki Airport”
  3.     Select Drop off location  the destinations you want to go to
  4.     Insert the Number of passengers (including Children)
  5.     Choose either one-way transfer  or  two-ways (with return) transfer
  6.     Choose the vehicle you want
  7.    Add your extra items (such as luggage etc.)
  8.     Proceed to check out

 

How to Book Destination that are not Included in the List from City Thessaloniki or Thessaloniki Airport

  1.   Select date and time of Departure
  2.     Select Pick up location “City Thessaloniki or Thessaloniki Airport”
  3.     Select the Village that is in your desired Drop off location
  4.     Insert the Number of passengers (including Children)
  5.    Choose either one-way transfer  or  two-ways (with return) transfer
  6.    Choose the vehicle you want
  7.    Add your extra items (such as luggage etc.)
  8.    Proceed to check out
  9.    Write on the “billing details” form  at  the “Additional Informations” your location address and other informations like the Name of Hotel .

The prices of the hotels or locations that are in the same village  are the same

 

 

If your destination is not registered in the destination list please fill in the BookingForm.

Our driver will wait for you at the pickup point (airport, port, bus station etc) and you will be tranfered to your destination on time, with low cost and safety. Begin your vacation with smile and high quality services!

Please note:

  • Children always count as passengers, occupy a seat and always must sit in the back seats using a seat belt if no child seat is provided. We recommend that you take your own child seat to ensure safety standards. In some resorts, child seats can be pre-booked for an additional fee.
  • It is very important that you take the booking voucher with your transfer details with you and show this to your driver. Otherwise you may be turned away and we will not be responsible for any failed transfers .

How long will the transfer take?

In the map view is indicated how long your route will last as well.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your transfer. If you have paid by Paypal or credit card or bank account and you decide to cancel your transfer, the rest of your money will be returned from the poundage of( Paypal,Bank,..etc) Our Company will not charge you with any additional cost.

If you want to modify your transfer fill in the contact form so that we can be aware of. It’s important to report the number of reservations and the voutcher numbers,

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

The pickup will be carried out  due to the info :you ‘ve emailed us

  • Airport,

At the airport of Thessaloniki (SKG) our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival passenger area. Possible change of Flights or delays are not charged

The pickup hour is possible to change due to long distance, delays so you‘ll be informed for the new pickup hour.

Please contact with us if you can’t find the driver or if another problem will come up

  • Hotel.

Our vehicle will be at the appointed address which you’ve emailed. Contact with our Company if a problem will come up

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The pickup will be carried out  due to the info you ‘ve emailed us.

how many luggages will I have?

Each vehicle can carry as many suitcases and hand luggage as many the  passengers are. So if  4 people travel can take along four suitcases. The bags must not exceed 70cm height, 47cm width and 21cm depth. Please make sure that the type of vehicle you have chosen is comfortable enough to carry all your luggage. Otherwise it is better to book a bigger vehicle.

I would like to bring more luggage than allowed. Is this possible?

The Thessalonikitaxitransfers give you a step of the reservation enables you to select above requirements as above.

Other Booking Questions

Is it possible in our transportation to make unscheduled short stops?

Yes unscheduled short stops are possible if the passengers asks for them .

can I make a last minute reservation?

The company accepts the last minute reservation if it is 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.In this case please contact with our phone number to inform you whether we are able to serve you.

How long will the driver wait at the meeting point?
By sending to us all your details of your arrival (flight number, the hour of the arrival,the number of passengers) the driver will be at the airport in order to meet you. The driver always has with him a label or a tablet with your name on , so that you can understand who your driver is. It would be nice to have your mobile phone turned on and be sure to have your flight mode switched off as soon as you get out of the plane,so that the driver will get in touch with if a delay comes up while getting your luggage .
