Any breach of this provision is required a fine of (300 euros), both to the driver of the vehicle and to the passengers.

Protocol for Arrivals in Greece

The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travellers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of your stay while in Greece

3. Choose either one-way transfer or two-ways (with return) transfer

b. Select date and time of Departure (First trip)

c. Select date (Return trip)

d. Write Time (e.g 14:00 form type) (Return trip)

4. Choose the vehicle you want

5. Proceed to check out

6. Add your Personal information

7. Add your extra items (such as luggage etc.)

8. Write on the “billing details” form at the “Additional Information” your location address and other information like the Name of the Hotel

The prices of the hotels or locations that are in the same village are the same

If your destination is not registered in the destination list please fill in the Booking Form.

Our driver will wait for you at the pickup point (airport, port, bus station etc) with a signboard with your name on it

Children always count as passengers, occupy a seat and always sit in the back seats using a seat belt if no child seat is provided. We recommend that you take your own child seat to ensure safety standards. In some resorts, child seats can be pre-booked for an additional fee.
It is very important that you take the booking voucher with your transfer details with you and show this to your driver. Otherwise you may be turned away and we will not be responsible for any failed transfers .
